The premium coffee beans we roast come from family-owned farms around the globe. All are organic and most are shade grown. When making our selection, it is important to us that we choose sustainably grown coffees that also meet fair trade standards. Although we are Fair Trade Certified roasters, not all of our coffees are purchased from Fair Trade Certified co-ops. Our "relationship coffees" are the beans we purchase directly from the farms or estates known for growing truly exquisite coffees.
